You will run four races on the same day.
Tin Gender 3.8 km time 8:30
Tjomsevannet 7 km at 10.00
Kvernhusvannet 3.3 km time 12:00
Up to Årosveden x 2 2.5 Km 13.30 (pursuit)
You have to carry you up to the race venues.
YOU WIN "Raiders of Årosveden" Ladies and Gentleman class.
The time of the first 3 races added together before the pursuit of MILL-Årosveden begins. You should be 2 times up to Årosveden.
